Delete Your Engz Account
You can request permanent deletion of your Engz account and all associated personal data at any time. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
What happens when you delete your account?
- Your profile and personal details will be removed from our active systems.
- Your past bookings will be unlinked from your personal identity where possible.
- You will no longer be able to log in with this account or restore it in the future.
- Some data may be retained where required by law (for example, for accounting, fraud prevention, or security purposes).
Important
Account deletion is permanent. If you just want to stop using Engz for a while, you can simply sign out and uninstall the app instead of deleting your account.
How to request account deletion
To initiate deletion of your Engz account, please use the button below. This will open your email app with a pre-filled message so our support team can verify your identity and process your request securely.
